You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. opo999 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to close accounts that do not meet eligibility standards.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable turnover threshold has been met. opo999 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. opo999 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Suspected security breaches must be reported to support immediately.

4.1 Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where opo999 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether through matching identity documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or bank account details — opo999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonus funds.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your national identity document), date of birth, email address, phone number, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for transactions.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. opo999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
4.4 You must notify opo999 support promptly if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.5 opo999 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 opo999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed to opo999's satisfaction.
5.2 The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:
5.3 opo999 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation where standard verification documents are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with other Account information.
5.4 KYC processing is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of all required documents being submitted in satisfactory condition. opo999 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe and accepts no liability for delays attributable to incomplete or unclear documentation.
5.5 All documents submitted for KYC are encrypted at rest and handled in accordance with opo999's Privacy Policy.
6.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. opo999 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, opo999 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and conduct a full investigation.
6.2 opo999 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:
6.3 Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's deposit interface and constitute the operative limits at the time of any given transaction.
6.4 Deposits made via bank transfer during standard Indonesian banking hours are typically credited to your opo999 Account within five minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours, during national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and other gazetted national holidays), or during periods of payment-processor maintenance may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours. opo999 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party banking or payment infrastructure.
6.5 All deposits are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). opo999 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are charged by opo999, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges for which opo999 accepts no responsibility.
6.6 opo999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's own legal name, matching the name on the verified KYC documents. opo999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. opo999 may request re-verification at any time where there are grounds to believe that Account details have changed or where regulatory obligations require it.
7.3 Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:
7.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's withdrawal interface. These limits may differ from deposit limits and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
7.5 opo999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or where the withdrawal pattern is inconsistent with prior Account activity. Such checks may extend processing times.
7.6 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in Bonus Funds being forfeited.
8.1 opo999 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time at its sole discretion. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which are to be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
8.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:
8.3 Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns designed to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions — constitutes bonus abuse. opo999 reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and permanently close any Account involved in bonus abuse.
9.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game and sport rules displayed within the relevant betting interface. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.
9.2 opo999 covers a wide range of betting markets including, but not limited to: football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot gacor (high-RTP slot games). Specific game rules are published within each product category on the Platform.
9.3 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules regarding minimum leg counts, minimum odds per selection, and voided-leg handling. These rules are published within the mix parlay betting interface.
9.4 opo999 reserves the right to void any bet, or series of bets, where:
9.5 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the User except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or early-settlement feature for that market.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.2 Where opo999 has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above conduct, it may, without prior notice: suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, void affected bets, permanently close the Account, and report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities as required.

12.1 opo999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is closed by opo999 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — opo999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including Real Money Funds, subject to applicable law.
13.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the opo999 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of opo999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Platform content without opo999's prior written consent.
14.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opo999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14.2 opo999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
14.3 Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability, opo999's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.1 opo999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 opo999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, except as required to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification services), to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
16.1 opo999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amendments take effect.
16.2 Where an amendment is required urgently — for example, to comply with a change in applicable law or a regulatory direction — it may take effect immediately upon publication. opo999 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice where possible in such circumstances.
16.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendment came into effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which opo999 holds its offshore gaming licence. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
17.2 Nothing in this clause limits opo999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.
17.3 opo999 does not represent or warrant that the Platform, or any particular service or product available through it, is appropriate, available, or lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
